I. Core Return and Exchange Period (14 Days)
1. Return and Exchange Application Period: You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you actually sign for the menswear product. (If the 14-day period ends on a non-working day, the period will be automatically extended to the next working day.) No return or exchange applications will be accepted after this period, and it will be considered that you have confirmed that you have no objections to the product.
2. Calculation of the Period: The period is calculated from the "signature date" shown on the logistics receipt record, without deducting the logistics transportation time. If you entrust someone else to receive the goods on your behalf, the date of receipt on their behalf is considered as your own signature, and the starting point remains unchanged.
II. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To comply with EU consumer protection regulations and the characteristics of menswear products, returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions simultaneously; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange:
1. Product Condition: Menswear products must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, odorless, and undamaged. The surface must be free of scratches and stains. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (such as buttons, dust bags, etc.) must be intact and complete, and must not affect resale.
2. Quality Issues: If the product has inherent quality issues (such as fabric damage, workmanship defects, or significant discrepancies between the stated size and specifications), the "unworn" condition is not required. However, clear and authentic photos/videos of the quality issue must be provided as evidence. After verification and confirmation by us, returns and exchanges can be processed normally.
3. Evidence Requirements: A clear order number, logistics receipt record, and product photos (including overall, detailed, and packaging photos) are required. If a quality issue is involved, additional clear evidence of the defective part must be provided to ensure verification of product ownership and the authenticity of the issue.
III. Circumstances Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
According to relevant EU regulations and industry practices, this return and exchange policy does not apply in the following situations, and we will not accept return and exchange requests. Returned products will be sent back in their original condition, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs:
1. Products exceeding the 14-day return and exchange period;
2. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags, packaging, or accessories, affecting resale;
3. Men's intimate apparel accessories (unsealed) and perishable goods (if any), without quality issues;
4. Products damaged, deformed, or stained due to improper wear or care by you;
5. Products without quality issues, but returned due to subjective reasons such as personal preference, incorrect size judgment, or color not meeting expectations, and the product has affected resale;
6. Products without valid order receipts, logistics records, or proof that the product was purchased from us;
7. Malicious returns and exchanges (such as multiple returns, returns after swapping product accessories, etc.).
IV. Return and Exchange Process
To ensure efficient processing of returns and exchanges, please follow the steps below to avoid delays due to omissions:

The email subject should be “Return/Exchange + Order Number,” and the body of the email must include your name, contact information, order number, receipt date, reason for return/exchange, and relevant supporting documents (photos/videos).

If the review is approved, you will be informed of the return address and instructions; if the review is rejected, the reason for rejection will be explained in detail.
3. Product Return: Within three business days of approval, you must properly package the product as required and send it to our designated return address. Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage or loss during transportation. We recommend choosing a trackable logistics company and retaining the tracking number.
4. Acceptance Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will complete the acceptance process within 2 business days, confirming the product's condition and the completeness of accessories. After verification, we will process the subsequent procedures according to your application (return/exchange).
5. Completion of Return/Exchange: ① Return: After acceptance, we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The processing time depends on the payment institution and bank. ② Exchange: After acceptance, we will ship the replacement product to you within 3 business days. V. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will strictly comply with EU consumer protection regulations, depending on the reason for return/exchange, as follows:
1. Quality Issues: If the return/exchange is due to a product quality issue, we will bear both the return shipping cost and the replacement shipping cost. 2. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only supported for the same style and size (if in stock). If out of stock, a return and refund will be processed. Direct exchanges for other styles or sizes are not supported; you will need to place a new order.
